Customisation & Production Lead Time
All orders at Blank Studio include a customisation phase prior to dispatch. Depending on the decoration method (printing, embroidery, or other finishing), please allow 7–14 business days for production before your order is shipped. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Carriers
We ship via DPD, DHL, UPS, and Post Luxembourgdepending on your destination and order size.
Duties & Taxes
Orders shipped within the EU are inclusive of applicable VAT. For shipments outside the EU, customs duties and import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient. Blank Studio is not liable for delays caused by customs clearance.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery via the carrier's website.
